We’re a small-town group fitness studio with a big heart. A space for locals to lift, stretch, sweat or simply take a moment for themselves. Whether you’re working out solo, joining a group class, or just figuring it out as you go, you’ll find kind faces, a calm vibe, and no pressure to be anything but yourself.

Movement is powerful — not just for your body, but for your mind, your mood, and your sense of self. Rise is here to lift you up, help you find your rhythm, and feel a little more at home in your own skin.

From cardio boxing to Pilates and Barre, our group classes are designed to be fun, welcoming, and full of good energy. All fitness levels are welcome — just show up and move with us.

All classes are held at ‘Meet You Halfway’ in Berridale.

10.15am classes are held at Kiparra Drive, Berridale
